The /media/Drive3 directory doesn't exist... fstab can't mount a drive/partition to a directory (mount point) that doesn't exist

Run:

sudo mkdir /media/Drive3

then reboot.

Thanks for that Mark, I knew there was <something> I was missing but just couldn’t think what it was, I knew it was something to do with making the system 'see' the HD.
