OK, we can leave it out of the list .. I'm guessing mint must get at least some of these from the mint specific repos rather than the Ubuntu ones because grub-pc (from ubuntu) would pull in grub-gfxpayload-lists as a dependency.
So this looks about right to me then:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall grub-common grub-pc grub-pc-bin grub2-common os-prober
then run:
and post the output .. preferably before rebooting.
Or it can wait .. up to Tramlink

(I suppose there's something to be said for "if it aint broken...", but this time I think it should probably be fixed sooner rather than later)
