OK
Could you remove the first line (with port 10100) as it could be causing conflict
then reboot server and check with nmap on the client to see if port 6566 is open

Cool :)

If I were you I'd make sure at least the server is on a static IP

Congrats.
Now you just left with the task of summarising the simple task of getting it all working ;)

Ok I'll look into that tomorrow, hopefully I can do that myself without pestering you on here

A huge thanks to Mark & SeZo, god knows what I'd do without you guys

ps great that we got this working, but how would i ever do it again if i upgraded after all new releases are coming out soon including peppermint 4 and to be honest, although it's working, I didn't get it working, and if I had to do it again I wouldn't know where to start, so which one of you guys are gonna write a step by step tutorial for people like me ?, you can call it "Saned for idiots" :)

Anyway thanks you guys are amazing :)
