hello dear linux-experts - dear keith

i need to know where the " ! " is located on  keyboard.

backgrond: the login-of my linux changed - and i need to log on console - and since my passwd includes a "!" - i need to know where to find this.

Hi Rincon.

On my UK keyboard, the exclamation mark (!) is on the same key as the numeral "1", near the top left of the keyboard.  You will need to use the Shift key (up-arrow at bottom left of your keyboard).
