Please help to find the queue length of process by using shell script.

Do you mean the "run queue length of the processor" ?

if so (and as I understand it) it'll be listed under the "r" column in the output from:
vmstat
WARNING: You are logged into reality as 'root'
logging in as 'insane' is the only safe option.
