Title: Brother DCP1610W Scanner - [Not Solved, Question Too Idiotic]
Post by: ahead on June 13, 2018, 09:18:04 am
Hello, I've recently bought a Brother DCP1610W mono laser printer/scanner, I am using Mint 17.3 Rosa. The printer works perfectly via WiFi but I can' get the scanner to work either via USB or WiFi. Please help!

Well...I've tried to scan.

Sorry, I don't understand what you are asking. Perhaps I should re-word the question; How do I check that I have installed the scanner drivers correctly, if they are wrong or missing how should I remedy the problem, please?
