hi Mark when I go to tools on the top in black then I drop down to options I get a choice of general under libre office or load/save as first sideways arrow under java but nothing about save sas Afraid I'm lost help

what is a terminal how do i open one what do i type in where do i type itwhen i opened ctl alt t all i got was optiplex 960;-s you are talking over my head I am a total beginer in this field and no libre office is not compatible with microsoft. that is why people kep sending back my e-mails as cant read the attachment

Hi guys I am a total non Anorak and need step by step help to load Open office. I have tried repeatedly and just can not do it. I do not know where to type code in or anything will someone e-mail me please and lets start talking over the phone. If you are local to cheltenham England I will gladly buy you a meal and a pint also has anyone writen drivers for HPb3070-b611 printer or know of an old dead simple laser jet mono that I can buy with drivers that work Cheers diggsy
