dpkg -l | grep hplip
I'm baffled why anyone would mess with a working hplip version ?(actually I don't understand why anyone would install hplip from the hplip website, unless the version in the repos wasn't recent enough for their printer)
There seems to be a number of useful terminal HP commands - is there a list anywhere that I can peruse and experiment?
hp-levels -p Photosmart_C7200
lpstat -p -d
