The reason it's giving you that warning is you didn't click "Unmount Volume"[EDIT]You'll have to scroll down to see "Unmount Volume"
Have you got a file manager window open that's displaying the USB sticks contents ?
Look this may be fixable .. but not if you don't follow my instructions .. do you want to try or not ?it's NOT a virus
I have noticed once a device is formatted to one OS it won't work in the other anyway.
