Feral Interactive is a leading developer and publisher of AAA games for Mac and Linux, including recent hit titles such as XCOM 2, Alien: Isolation and Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and classics such as the Tomb Raider and Batman: Arkham series. We are currently looking to hire a customer support technician to handle support requests relating to our games.

Working as part our existing team, you will be responsible for replying to customer support requests via email and phone. We view customer support as a key part of our business, and the successful candidate will receive full training and support and quickly become an important member of the company.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our offices in southwest London.


What skills and experience should you have?

  • Very comfortable with technology, including familiarity with OS X and Linux
  • A polite, patient and courteous manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What else would help?

  • Professional experience in customer support
  • A background in computer games quality assurance
  • A strong interest in computer games
