Linux Mint Forum Hacked 2016
« on: September 20, 2019, 03:36:26 pm »
Hi to all
Long time since I was last here and the subject is old.
I have just realized that the email I used to register here is one that was 'pawned'.
Can I change the email in My Profile without any problem?

Sure you can, just log into your account, then click the link at the top of any forum page:-

Profile > Account Settings

or this link:
https://linuxforums.org.uk/index.php?action=profile;area=account

and you should be able to change your email address in there :)

Gimme a shout if you have any problems.

Hi Mark
Thank you for your reply.
I have changed my email, although slightly delayed getting the activation code until I realized I should check my ISP web mail - and there they were, all three messages.
