Can anyone suggest a dongle to play music from my pc to headphones please?

Well, your headphones would need to be wireless and that usually means Bluetooth, so you won't need a dongle - just Bluetooth headphones, assuming your PC has Bluetooth. 

Bluetooth has a short range (~10m) but you can buy non-Bluetooth wireless headphones reasonably cheaply.  If that's what you need, have a look at https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=non-bluetooth+wireless+headphones&rh=n%3A4085731&ref=nb_sb_noss.  Such devices have much better range and allow one to roam around the house and garden listening to Rock & Roll.  No?  Just me then!

Thanks, that is perfect! Better than blue tooth. (Blues and Jack Justice stories around the garden for me Lol.)
