Hello Gludah - and welcome to the Forum.
We need a lot more information before being able to advise you.
1. what is the make & model of your computer?
2. what operating system are you using?
3. "
I have the problem of initramfs when i put my USB key on.
" What exactly is the problem? Please describe it in detail.
4. what do your USB keys contain? Are they "Live USBs" of Ubuntu or Mint, for example? Or data?
5. "
And on the download page, I can't click on install now
". Do you mean your Downloads directory, or a web page from which you want to download something?
6. "
my right and left mouse click doesn't count
". Is that always the case, or just when you insert a USB key?

Hi ! Thanks you
I have a 2070 super, a msi Z390 Gaming Edge AC. I am using the last version of windows 10.
The problem is that when I try to boot on my USB (which contain Mint, i made it with rufus and the iso mint), there is the message exactly like this one :
https://masterinformers.com/initramfs-unpacking-failed-decoding-failed/
(but there site didn't help me).
When I tried to install ubuntu, everything was perfect, until the page where you have to choose if you want to install ubuntu next to windows, or no, or another method. When I click on install ubuntu next to windows and install now, there is a window that open. Then i click on "Install" or something like i forgot but nothing happen. I tested with another method, and when I tried to chose the partition i wanted to use, i couldn't select it.
I mean that when I'm on Ubuntu, my click stop to work, but only on Mint and Ubuntu (on the choose the installation page), it's like I can't do anything, to leave the window that say "install" i have to click Escape. It is not the case on windows. That's weird

When you get the initramfs error, can you type into the window? I mean: if you type anything on the keyboard, does it appear o the screen?

Hmmm. Very odd, as you say.
I know very little about Windows although I have had experience where Windows would hang on to disc space that wasn't being used even after Windows had been removed - not letting Linux have it.
Have you created a D:/ drive on your disc? And if so; does it occupy all the spare space?

Hello,
After searching, I found that I have firmware that I don't have, but I don't know how to install it since I can't even install Ubuntu/Linux Mint/Kali Linux :/

This does not make sense.
In my previous post I asked "Have you created a D:/ drive on your disc? And if so; does it occupy all the spare space?"

You said you chose the option to install Ubuntu next to Windows. Did you actually make space on the drive for the installation? Defragment Windows and shrink the Windows partition before running the Ubuntu installer?
