Yes, 192.168.1.1 is unreachable with the “From 192.168.1.150 icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable” error.
From a live CD (Mint/KDE) I get the old “connect: Network is unreachable” error as expected. In pop-ups, and via the Notifications widget, I see a string of notifications like “Connection ‘Wired connection 1’ deactivated.” and one “IP configuration was unavailable”.
