Black screen after suspend + other display problems.

Hi, been a long time since I’ve needed help here but I’m struggling to figure this out. (laptop system info at end of post).

My issues are:
Sometimes after suspend I’ll get just a black screen. Hard shut down & reboot will boot normally.

Fairly intermittent breif black screen while using laptop online.

Page display problems on ‘ebay’ & youtube. Former will not load certain pages correctly, not spaced right or overlaying text &/or buttons etc. Latter will not return to selection options / home page correctly having watched a video.

Sometimes have to click a button option a second time to get a response or response is ‘slow’.

Redshift apt error messages.

I have recently had to fix some unmet dependency issues & 2 days ago had a dialogue box saying ubuntu 22.04 experienced an internal error (executable path ; /user/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kdeconnected [there is more of a list if needed])

I appear not to have any umet dependencies atm (nothing is being held back) & extensive searching of t’internet hasn’t shown up anything useful to me.

Thanks for reading.

This is well outside my experience, but a recent topic indicates that Radion graphics and Linux don’t always see eye to eye. Have a look at this post.
