Hi, Welcome to the Forum!
Technically, yes. Once you have a live environment running, download the live media of your choice then burn it to a DVD or USB device of your choice … obviously not the one you’re live environment is running on tho’… (!)
Caveat; as you’re running from memory, you need sufficient memory to hold your running live instance, plus whatever you download. Typically on an 8G system with a 3.5G Ubuntu media (for example), this should be fine … if you have less memory or a larger image, things might start to get interesting.
I only have one usb and no as cards
Mmm, sounds like you asked Santa for the wrong thing! … you’ll be wanting another USB stick … you can buy a random stick for £1 on Amazon, or something little better like Kingston DataTraveler Exodia Onyx 64Gb for £6.
