Dell-Alienware introduce X51 range of Ubuntu gaming PC's

As we are both on the same wave length with this (check out my post…its exactly the same as this but alot less information :P) what do you think about other manufacturers joining the bandwagon?

As Dells have a tendency to catch fire I like to stay away (don’t believe me? just try searching ‘dell on fire’ and look at some images) and although I typically make my own machines I am still interested in seeing what other manufacturers might do.

It was rumored at one stage that HP were making a linux distro to ship with their machines. But I think that died when they were sold on (again).

I’ve said it before … Windows is dead … so the manufacturers will have no choice soon.
