How do I install Gramps 5.1.1 on Mint 19.2?

The best & easiest way would be to install it from the repos, but if that’s not the version you want you can get the latest version (5.1.1) from here
Release v5.1.1 · gramps-project/gramps · GitHub near the bottom of the page select gramps_5.1.1-1_all.deb
Remember to make a backup of your existing database first
