installed Peppermint 5 64 bit (Solved)

He said he couldn't open it in Autocad so I left it at that.
That could be because DraftSight saves in the latest AutoCAD format. I regularly transport between DraftSight and Autocad 2014 without any problems. The only notable point is that in AutoCAD it says that this drawing was not produced by a genuine AutoCAD product (words to that efect)

When I reinstalled his Autoocad in his Win 7, it was Autocad 2000.
When I saved in DraftSight I choose the R2000-R2003 option and I also saved it as a .dwg drawing but I suspecct that may be the latest drawing
He says he can’t open them and I am not dashing down to help. I have Autocad 2014 here but he wont install it.
