This never used to happen … is it that people have stopped putting limits on download speeds, or is the Internet as a whole just getting [a lot] faster?

What kind of connection do you have?.. and does the ISO work?
Can’t say I’ve ever noticed Linux do this but, Windows is well known for dropping a download, but reporting the file as its full size… probably a file system thing though.

I’m not sure … it was a 1Gbit fibre into Telehouse North bit I’m pretty sure the 2x1 upgrade has gone through, but I don’t know if the 10G is live yet.
