Must haves…
Good knowledge of TCP/IP - Networking
Managing Office 365 Tenants
Some Windows Server 2008/2012
Microsoft Exchange 2010 onwards
Desirable…

Scripting (powershell/unix etc.)
Understanding of DNS records
Exposure to SQL
Note: Must be able to get to our North West Datacentre sites, based in Manchester, within 1½ hrs outside of normal office hours (for on call duties).
