Will mint 17.2 run on a Lenovo G50 with a Pentium N3540 on sale at PCWorld?
I take it this is the same Laptop, just with a Celeron N2840 CPU instead of the Pentium N3540 ?

If you read those reviews, people are happily running Mint 17.2 (though you might now want 17.3 which was jus released) … google suggestes the only problem people seem to have with the G50 series (also confirmed by one of the reviews at the link above) is that wireless might need a little tweaking (some options adding to a config file), which we should be able to assist with.
