Linux on i Book G3

Hi to you all.
I have a old mac ibook running panther.

The specs are:
i book power pc 750 white
cpu speed 700mhz
384 mb sdrm
bus speed 100 mh
20 Gb hdd.

I would like to up grade the operating system with some thing else, which would be the best modern Linux system to put on this old mac for just every day working plus internet use.
