Problem with Libre Office Base Impress and Draw

Hi All,
I want to do a mail merge of some docs. and find when I go to the Office Suite the Base, Impress and Draw buttons are there but they don’t work. It seems as if they are not installed. Do I need to install them from somewhere ?

EDIT I have used apt get to install Base and it looks ok.
Impress and Draw I will leave for another day

You can get the full LO suite with

sudo apt-get install libreoffice

in an Ubuntu based distro.
