My newly expanding, independent trading client is looking to expand their highly technical infrastructure team by adding a Senior Linux Engineer.
To apply for this role you will have extensive experience building and maintaining large scale, high availability, low latency infrastructure in a 100% Linux environment.
Also as a Senior Linux Engineer applying for this role you will have:
• Extensive hands on with RedHat based infrastructure
• Strong experience with networking, especially tuning Linux.
• Experience in Bios/Kernel Tuning and Optimizations
• Strong scripting experience (bash, perl, python, etc.).
• Experience with Configuration Management Tools such as Puppet/CFEngine.
• Experience with provisioning tools such as kickstart.
• Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring Tools such as Zabbix/Nagios.
• Experience with VMWare/SAN Infrastructure.
