A Leading telecommunications company is seeking a Linux Support Engineer to provide 1st line support to blue chip customers by investigating, recording and resolving issues and requests.
The Linux Support Engineer will have the following experience:
•Resolve escalated issues
•Monitor Datacentre environment, investigating any issues.
•Monitor Network Infrastructure, investigating any issues.
•Work with 3rd Line Team to identify solutions
Skills: Linux, Microsoft
Ideally the Server Support Engineer will be a strong communicator with customer experience and ideally have previous 2nd line server support experience. The successful candidate will receive a structured career path and a package paying up to £30k + benefits.
