Re installed Mint 4 recently. I keep getting this message.

If run the command:
[b]flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.310.orig.tar.gz[/b]
it just sits there doing nothing. When I re boot the same notice comes up again.
Any thoughts?
