Just looking at those homeplugs again. Is there one with 3/4 sockets in one plug? It’s just because I’ve got my Laptop, Xbox & PS3 all in the same room, might as well take advantage of having a wired connection if I’m going to use homeplugs. 
I don’t understand the question … do you mean power sockets or ethernet ports ?
If you mean ethernet ports, probably not … but you could get a gigabit switch, plug all your devices into that, then plug that into your powerline adapter… though don’t expect gigabit ethernet with 200mbps powerline adapters
