Where do I get drivers for an Epson SX 130 (SOLVED)

I have installed Peppermint 5 on this machine but I only have a Windross disc that came with the Epson SX130 Printer/Scanner.
Where can I download the Linux drivers.

Output from:

uname -a

please.

I’m getting a real sense on deja vous here

Hi Mark,
Is this what you want ?
My grandson was using this machine in Win 7 and when I shut down there was 32 updates.
I would like to remove all trace of windross and just run Peppermint. Shall I start a new thread in Peppermint Forum.

probably best

As for the SX130 drivers … I’d expect these to still work:

hence my “deja vous” comment

Hi Mark,
I have downloaded the first line but I get a 404 error not found

OK, gimme a sec

OK, try these links … and install them in this order too:-

epson-inkjet-printer-201101w_1.0.0-1lsb3.2_i386.deb
then
iscan-data_1.29.0-2_all.deb
then
iscan_2.29.3-1~usb0.1.ltdl7_i386.deb

Hi Mark,
I have installed the printer and printed an impressive test page.
Thank you again.

PS I will use the thread I started in Peppermint if I have any problems.

Great … and you’re welcome.

Thanks in advance

Where can I get the 64 bit drivers for this Epson SX130 ?
When I use these drivers the first says , after installing, “Broken Dependencies”

epson-inkjet-printer-201101w_1.0.0-1lsb3.2_amd64.deb

iscan-data_1.29.0-2_all.deb

iscan_2.29.3-1~usb0.1.ltdl7_amd64.deb

Thanks Mark,
I have carried out the above instructions and printed the test sheet, all is well.
Thanks again.

Are you running a firewall ?

Hi Mark,

I don’t think so ?

Sorry, I must have added that accidentally … it was meant to go elsewhere :-[
