Platform Management
Management of the ZEUS APM Team. Proving Line Management activities , F2F’s , Appraisals etc
Ensure Service Delivery from the APM Team. In line with Business Expectations covering required Service Hours
Manage Service Incidents across the Platform, ensure the right teams are involved and technical resolution is occuring
Effective Management of Team resources. Allocating resources to support in and out of hours changes as required
Platform Support:
Provide Technical Subject Matter Support for the ZEUS platform. Triaging calls from the ZEUS Platform users and ensuring the correct resolver group is involved.
Ensuring 3rd Party resolver teams deliver the technical service required of them.
Reviewing and enhancing support documentation and monitoring tools across the platform
Indepth knowledge of Guidewire based Platforms and Integrations. Proven experience in problem determination of Guidewire and 3rd Party Integration
Business Support
Provide Business Process Support in line with documented ZEUS Support Documentation
Platform Configuration
Configuration of the Thunderhead and Guidewire applications. Modifications to Templates, Rules and Non Application Code related elements of the system. Adherence to formal change and configuration management processes
Your skills and experience:
• Ideally degree educated or equivalent or proven experience within the field
• Extensive experience within a similar role within Insurance
• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire and a good level of knowledge in at least one of the following services: ECM, Thunderhead, Linux, B2Bi
• Line Management or Team Management Experience for a team of 5 or more people
• Able to manage and prioritise workload across multiple areas , services and individuals without issue
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Able to demonstrate the ability to analysis complex technical issues and drive the resolution of them
This role with require a large degree of interaction and management of 3rd Party delivery organisations. This individual will have to be able to manage this relationship fostering a collaborate approach whilst driving delivery when required.
