(And I must confess, I was driven to this forum from desperation, though I am not from the UK.)
plus, recently i was trying to install OpenCV 2.4.9 and it went wrong i had make errors. but at the end i just deleted the entire folder of the OpenCV which was in my home folder which contained all of the depedencies and libraries.
M waiting in the Live cd… please help… since last week i haven’t had any luck with my UB 12.04 precise pangolin.
I couldn’t install stuff! I have to get past this broken pipe!
i get the error at the boot itself. I had just installed the Opencv and it’s libraries however i uninstalled(Physically removed by Ctrl+Shift+delete) them.
i had done nothing else after OpenCV folder deletion. Now when i boot, Ubuntu logo comes up and afterwards i get the error can’t write bytes : pipe broken on a blank black screen. that’s all.
i am not able to go to normal Ubuntu desktop, however, i can get into my console.
